More Megacities
In 2018, 33 megacities are located on all major global regions except Oceania and include cities such as Sao Paulo, Brazil, Lagos, Nigeria, London, England, and Shanghai, China. A megacity is a city with a population of 10 million or more. By 2030, the United Nations expects that there will be 43 megacities.
